NAMHSA™ Member Show—2019-2022 NAN Qualifier Show

*The Clarion is literally right across the street from the SeaTac Airport* There is a free parking lot, but it is first come-first serve.
Eligibility: This show is open for anyone to enter. There is no membership required. The show holder and anyone in their immediate family may not enter the show. A judge who customized or sculpted a model shall not judge that model in any class. Judges shall not compete in any divisions that they are judging.
Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by June 10, 2018. Late entries will be accepted with a late fee, as space allows.
Divisions: There are 8 Divisions, with 3 Rings running simultaneously.
Ring 1 - OF
Judge: Meggan Padvorac
►OF Stone (all sizes)- Any Stone model that is in original factory condition. Traditional, Pebbles, and Chips sizes.
►OF Breyer (all sizes)- Any Breyer model that is in original factory condition. Traditional, Classic, LB, and SM sizes.
Ring 2 - CM
Judge: Michelle Hansen
►CM Non-Mini- Any model that has been customized from its original factory finish. Traditional, Classic, and larger than Pebbles/LB sizes.
►CM Mini- Any model that has been customized from its original factory finish. Pebbles/LB and Chips/SM sizes.
►CM Workmanship (all sizes)- Any model that has been customized from its original factory finish. Traditional, Classic, Pebbles/LB, and Chips/SM sizes.
Ring 3 - AR
Judge: Michelle Eisley ►AR Non-Mini- Any artist resin sculptures. Traditional, Classic, and larger than Pebbles/LB sizes.
►AR Mini- Any artist resin sculptures. Pebbles/LB and Chips/SM sizes.
►AR Workmanship (all sizes)- Any artist resin sculptures. Traditional, Classic, Pebbles/LB, and Chips/SM sizes.
Class Limits: Please limit your entries to 3 models per class per person. Classes may be combined or split at the judge’s discretion.
Tables: Each entrant will get one, full sized (6 ft x 3 ft) rectangular table and two chairs. A second table is available for an additional $25. There will be two “discount” tables available first-come, first-served. These are large, built-in countertop spaces. Please email me if you’re interested in one of these tables, otherwise, they will be given to the last entrants (so enter early if you want to ensure a regular table!)
Awards: Seattle is a green city! Paper flat ribbons (made from recycled paper) for placings 1st-5th, Championships will be recycled rosettes. Extra treats for Overall Champs!
Results: Will be sent via email to entrants after the show.
Lunch: We will break for lunch around Noon for an hour. There is a restaurant on-site at the Clarion right next to the showhall, or you can leave to pick up lunch elsewhere. Please no outside food or drinks in the showhall per the facilities rules!
Raffle: There will be a raffle at the show! Donations are gratefully accepted! We will do the drawings after the lunch break.
Proxy Showing: Proxy showers are welcome. Please enter separately as a Proxy and coordinate with the person showing your horses. Please note: Proxy showers do not get extra table space!
NAMHSA™ Membership: The show is approved for NAMHSA membership. Therefore, all 1st and 2nd place horses will receive a NAN card for 2019-2022.
Tags: All horses must be tagged with a number and have the breed listed. The Region 1 tag system is preferred. If you don’t have a Region 1 number, please contact the show holder for an entrant number.
Horse List: You must provide a list of your show models including: Tag Number, Horse Name, and Breed. Your horse list MUST be numbered sequentially! Please turn in your horse list before the show, or the morning of the show. Results will be submitted on time to NAMHSA™, regardless of missing horse lists.
